Abstract
A 52-year-old woman with persistent cerebrospinal-fluid otorrhea after repeated surgery and radiosurgery for cranial base chordoma noticed otorrhea after the last surgery. Skull-base reconstruction by neurosurgeons did not stop otorrhea completely. Cisternoscintigraphy showed persistent leakage.
Middle ear obliteration and closure of the external auditory canal successfully terminated otorrhea.
