Abstract
In order to reveal the effect of Isosorbide, which is one of osmotic diuretics, the statistical analysis was carried out in 66 patients with Meniere's disease. And they were observed at least 1 year.
The results were as follows. The administration of Isosorbide completly controlled vertigo in 42% and improved dizziness in 66%, tinnitus in 36% and headache in 60%. Hearing was unchanged in 74% and worsed in 13%.
