A 14-year-old boy with Bruns-Cushing nystagmus and ocular dysmetria was found to have dysplastic gangliocytoma of the cerebellum. A nuclear magnetic resonance CT revealed a high intensity area in the right cerebellar hemisphere, midbrain and pons. Two months postoperatively there was no change in the neurological findings. The neuro-otological aspects of cerebellar tumor are discussed.
