Abstract
A case of Zenker's diverticulum is reported. The patient was a 53-year-old woman having a 6-month history of dysphagia, angular stomatitis and hypochromic microcytic anemia. The esophagogram showed a web and a diverticulum. This case was diagnosed as a rare complication of the Plummer-Vinson syndrome with Zenker's diverticulum. The diverticulum was removed surgically.
Clinical significance of the diseases has been discussed.
