Abstract

We encountered 40 cases of blow-out fracture in the past seven years. Twenty cases were fracture of the medial orbital wall. In one of six cases of involving the medial orbital wall, the patient who complained of diplopia and had ophthalmological disorders was operated on by the endonasal approach with satisfactory results.
