Abstract
A 9-year-old boy with the Kabuki make-up syndrome visited our clinic. His face had the appearance of a Kubuki actor, and he had cleft palate. Bilateral mixed hearingloss was noted by audiometry, and a caloric test showed bilateral canal paresis. Temporal bone CT showed Mondini dysplasia in both inner ears.
