Abstract

A 15-year-old female complained of bilateral nasal obstruction. Examination revealed an enormous choanal polyp in her choanal cavity, and its stroma originated in the left middle meatus. X-ray examination showed no inflammatory sign in the paranasal sinuses. Pathologic findings revealed bone formation in polyp tissue.
