We encountered a 70-year-old female with parotid lipoma. Swelling occurred in the right infraauricular region and enlarged very slowly. There was no spontaneous pain or facial palsy. The parotid tumor was mobile, soft and flat, and was considered to be benign tumor. The tumor was histopathologically diagnosed as parotid lipoma.
