Abstract
We report a case of laryngeal pseudolymphoma a 38-year-oldman. His chief complaints were hoarseness and dyspnea. At the third biopsy since presentation, pseudolymphoma was diagnosed. In the process of formation of the pseudolymphoma, granulomalike tissue probably formed temporarily. The tumor was removed with a CO2 laser. There is no sign of recurrence at the present 2 years after treatment.
