A case of Pickwickian syndrome in a 28-year-old male is reported.
The patient was diagnosed as having Pickwickian syndrome, which was confirmed by both clinical finding and all-night polysomnographic recordings. He had markedly hypertrophic faucial tonsillar tissue.
