Four Cases of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of Maxillary Sinus

Abstract

Four cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the maxillary sinus were treated with radiation therapy, chemotherapy and surgical resection of maxilla. However, in spite of combined treatments local recurrence and distant metastasis occurred. We emphasized that follow up and multidisciplinary therapy, should be done after primary treatment.
