Postoperative Management; A Case of Neonatal Epignathus

Abstract

We describe a case of neonatal epignathus. In this case the following problems were confronted.
1) aspiration pneumonia,2) difficulty of decannulation for subglottic stenosis, and 3) disorder of articulation
Post-operative management for the above problems are discussed.
