A case of ethmoidal fibrous dysplasia extending into the nasal cavity in a 55-year-old female who had complained of nasal obstruction and headache is reported.
CT examination revealed high and low density areas in the left e thmoidal sinus and left nasal cavity. The tumor was partially excised by the gross Denker procedure to reduce nasal obstruction. It was diagnosed pathologically as fibrous dysplasia.
This case of fibrous dysplasia is discussed and the literature is reviewed.
