Primary malignant lymphomas of the nasal cavity are relatively uncommon.
Malignant lymphomas arising in the breast are even more rare, and the incidence of a bilateral synchronous malignancy is extremely rare. We encountered a case of a malignant lymphoma in the nasal cavity plus both breasts (diffuse, large cell type, B) determined by aspiration biopsy. The patient underwent chemotherapy consisting of CHOP treatment. One year after the chemotherapy, the patient is still alive and in complete remission.
