Abstract
Development of aviation engines, following claims for characters of fuels and improvements of using methods since first flying in Japan about 45 years ago are described.The author discusses the characters of aviation gasolines and jet fuels which will be claimed in the near future, and proposes a tentative about the mechanisms of jet engines from the stand point of fuel maker.Then forms of fuel making both for national defence and civilian demands are discussed.
