Abstract
In regard to coal reserves and production, China stands one of the big three countries in the world, ranking with USSR and USA. Namely the latest estimation of the coal reserves and annual production are about 1.5 billion tonnes and 200-300 million tonnes respectively. The writer has compiled this paper on the coal resources of China mainly from geological information.
