Abstract
Effects of inhibiting chemicals as well as temperature on yeast growth have been determined. The resulting growth curve was expressed by Monod Equation, and their effects on the parameters were discussed. Undesirable condition for yeast resulted in longer lag time, slower growth rate, and lower final concentration of the yeast.
