This paper introduces an overview and the perceived brightness evaluation results of "Personal Blind" and "lighting control based on walker movement information", which is the lighting equipment/lighting control respectively utilizing perceived brightness evaluation. It also describes the important points to be noted in perceived brightness evaluation, and the efforts in future research of perceived brightness, which the author regards as his research topic.
