Abstract
In Korea, there seems to be various factors contributing to the recent expansion of LED lighting, such as relationship of LEDs with the economy and diversification of lighting design. In the background of the significant change, their industrial strategy and political measure, that is to grow Korean economy by activating LED business, can be seen. We have examined this from various points of view including that of policy, economy, industry trend, and so on.
