Abstract

The direction for rational use of energy in many cities and districts is positively recognized in recent years. The effect of environmental preservation and energy conservation promotion should be evaluated both by the aspect of hardware facilities and human activities. This report is the result of the research about public awareness or the consciousness for the step of human activities evaluation.
