Abstract
The influences of environmental conditions of the working place must be considered not only from the productivety but also from theeffects on the physiological and psychological elements of workers. The investigation on the actual condition of environment is the first step of search for many kinds of problems with the measurement by the physical and chemical methods. The most important task in the second step is to find the ways how to esimate and improve the results of the investigation. Therefore, philosophical criteria of hygienists and other staffs must be brought to bear thoroughly on the administration of occupational environments.
