Abstract
This explanation is intended to give to researchers of industrial management who are concerned about the human problems, especially the industrial engineers interested in the problems of human activity and behavioral science. A commentary is presented in this paper on the circumstances under which behavioral science was developed, changes in the thought of management, studies on behavioral science and the correlations between IE and behavioral science.
