Though the computerized techniques in the management science have technically advanced, it is not clear whether the managers trying to improve the quality of their management with these techniques have been paid off.In Japan not a few of the developed information systems and managerial models seem to be on teh shelf. This paper first investigates the reasons for the management science not being effectively employed in Japan, through the standpoint of behavioral science. Then the necessity of a mediator (or mediating section)inside the organization for the effective introduction of management science is discussed, followed by some practical suggestions to the mediation.
