Abstract
In this paper we describe a study of the relation between the purpose of the standard time using and the standard time composition for the standard time setting.At first we define objects of standards by an input-output concept, a constitution-operation concept and a control characteristic concept.And we define four standard times.Besides we analyze and arrange the composition of operation and machine time and relate with a standard time by setting objects and range of standards.In this study a new method is introduced that relates the using purpose with a standard time setting.
