Abstract
A production system holds various loss problems such as manufacturing occasional poor products, equipment break down, etc. The present study shows that the project results from the effort reducing such losses can be fitted to as a progressive curve, and that it can be effectively applied to scheduling control for a future project. It indicates how well these data is fitted to the Weibull distribution, and how the standard for progressive control is derived from the curve. Also, described are the progressive control procedure, and the correction method of scheduling when the progress is out of the standard on a review period.
