Abstract
This is a study on the relationship among various group integrative determinants for group work in the manufacturing industries. The following hypotheses were built up, and a questionnaire was conducted on the people who were engaged in group work as the leader or an ordinary member. Hypotheses : Relationship among the group integrative determinants is different between the leader and ordinary members. It also varies depending on group size. Among some specific determinants, however, a general relationship exists regardless of group size. So the teamwork determinants can be extracted from the group integrative determinants. Results of the questionnaire were then examined by statistical tests, principal component analysis and their regression. As a result, the above hypotheses were confirmed to be appropriate.
