Abstract
The earth environmental problem is occurring. And the continuation of mankind and ecosystem is concerned about. This happened by minus products produced by economic activities and modern science and technology. The root cause was that the principle of this thinking was a formal logic solely based on things. In this paper, the main discourse constructs a new human central value logic, and the production and the intended cycle constructed by the value logic of this type, the connection law, etc., can satisfy the ecosystem under harmonious cycling conditions. Thus this paper discusses that the earth environmental problem can basically be solved by such method.
