Abstract

We have had the recognition it is the first step of engine trouble preventive measures that properties of fuel oil are clear at the time of use based on the trade custom which quality of marine fuel oil does not have guaranteed and has transacted. Therefore, when the ship that we are operating supplies fuel oil in world each port, by picking a sample and analyzing it in our labratory, it is made use of our ship in safe operation maintenance. For safe operation of a ship, we ask for making the best of in the production and distribution processes of heavy oil to the supplier, and from now on it is necessary as a user to continue a property investigation of supplied fuel oil.
