Abstract
The relationship between multidimensional organizational commitment and employee's behaviors was assessed. Employee's behaviors in this study was categorized at In-role Behavior (IB), Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and Impression management behavior (IMB). To test the relationship, a questionnaire is developed and distributed to hotel employees using On-line and Off-line research. The result suggested that affective commitment(AC) had significant positive effects on IB and OCB. And, continuance commitment (CC) had significant negative effects on IB and OCB. But, the relationship between AC, CC, and 1MB was not supported. The implications and some limitations of this study were discussed.
