My name is Christian Wittern, I took over at the helm of this Journal from Thomas Dabbs in April 2024, after having served as Managing Editor for many years. So it was no surprise to me to find the Journal in troubled waters - we have not yet recovered from the disturbances caused by the pandemic years.
In addition to this, we hit a few glitches in the production for this volume, so it took much longer than I had hoped to be able to present Volume 7 to you. Due to procedural delays, technical and other mishaps, we have a rather slim volume with one paper ready for publication now and hope you will enjoy it.
The CFP for our following Volume 8 has already closed and we have a few papers in the pipeline to be published in the not so distant future.
