Abstract

This book, which deals with decision making under risk from the standpoint of psychology, includes many topics from research on cognitive and behavioral decision making, as well as social psychology. In addition, the revised version includes several recent topics relating to decision making under risk, such as behavioral game theory and behavioral finance. Therefore, this book may serve as a sourcebook for the study of decision making under risk and related research areas. It is recommended as a guidebook for these research areas to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as researchers in other research areas who are interested in decision making under risk.
