Abstract
The Tokyo Health Service Association, as part of their medical checkup course, provides lunch boxes to examinees at the end of this service. Starting from 2013, the contents of the lunch box was changed and a lecture, conducted by a registered dietitian for the purpose of nutrition education, was added. At the same time, we began conducting a survey, and based on the results obtained, implemented a PDCA cycle to improve the services based on the results. The evaluation included questions about 3 categories: "The satisfaction level of the food box’s content ", "Weather or not they participated in the lecture " and, "Weather or not they would like to a repetition of this course in the following health checkups ". The overall results of the 5-year evaluation showed a positive increasing tendency. These results seem to suggest that the constant improvement method, using the PDCA cycle, provided beneficial education about nutrition to the examinees.
