Abstract

With the development of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) to reduce accidents, it has become possible to provide alert information even in situations with a long margin time, such as V2X. However, if the immediate action nature of alert information is stronger than the margin time, it may be annoyance, and acceptability problems may appear. In this study, we focused on visual messages and examined the relationship between the type of message and acceptability and willingness to use the message. In the process, the influence of psychological characteristics such as personality was also analyzed.
