Analysis of Requirements for AI as a Team Member

Abstract

In the future, AI is expected to become a more familiar presence in society, going beyond data management and text generation to collaborate as an independent entity. This study compared the key factors required for AI as a team member with those for humans and identified the key factors with a focus on trust. The results indicated that humans are expected to demonstrate ethical behavior and leadership, while AI is required to be unambiguous and possess specialized knowledge.
