Abstract
It was found that the “single-channel” hypothesis was powerful as the hypothesis to explain PRP phenomenon in RT, but it was pointed out for the relationship between ISI and RT2 predicted by this hypothesis not to conform to the data. It was suggested that the relationship between ISI and RT2 predicted by the “feedback” effect added to the “single-channel” hypothesis was found to be the curve of the so-called “saw tooth” pattern, and, therefore, the curve was similar to the data. The purpose of this study was to try to detect the curve of the so-called “saw tooth” pattern in the relationship between ISI and RT2. 11 values of ISI (the minimum value 70msec., the maximum value 2080msec.) was used, and the curve of the so-called “saw tooth” pattern which involved local peaks at 3 points was detected.
