Abstract
We report a case of Burkitt.s lymphoma with ileocecal intussusception. A 13-year-old woman reporting abdominal pain and vomiting and diagnosed intestinal obstruction was found in abdominal ultrasonography and computed tomography to have intussusception necessitating surgery. Laparotomy showed intussusception due to an ileocecal tumor. Following ileocecal resection, the histological diagnosis was Burkitt.s lymphoma. On of extensive tumor resection and intensive postoperative chemotheraphy omplete disease remispost operative day 9, she was referred elsewhere for chemotheraphy that resulted in cus emphasizes the importance son.
