Experiments were carried out to examine the effects of the pressure of foundation garments on physical exercise and action.
Method:
Many high-school girls put on foundation garments of medium size. Various measurements of sport tests were taken in summer, and the effect of the garments were determined.
Results:
1. The body was less flexible during bending exercises.
2. Walking efficiency was enhanced.
3. Degree of agility was unchanged.
