Abstract
In this study, an end shape in a tension rod that does not easily come off from walls even if load force acts at the end was proposed. The proposed tension rod comprises four parts, and the four parts are a shaft, a spring in the shaft, and left and right ends at both ends of the shaft. The left and right ends are vertical to the central axis of the shaft, and shape of the left and right ends is symmetric about the central axis. Radius of the left and right ends is large, more load force than maximum load force acts at the proposed tension rod, the proposed tension rod leans, and sustainable maximum load force was large. Therefore, the radius of the end shape in the proposed tension rod is large, and the proposed tension rod that does not easily come off from walls even if the load force acts at the end.
