Abstract
This R&D aims to collect and separate aluminum-containing waste materials (general waste and industry waste), and recover highly-pure aluminum by the efficient dry distillation process. By using the cartridge system (containing the aluminum and reactant), hydrogen energy is generated, and electric power is generated by fuel cell for variety of applications. This system contributes the improvement of aluminum material flow and provides low-carbon solutions. PCR (pulper continual reject) Pulper system could separate aluminum-rich material from the paper-based waste. It was possible to find the condition to recover aluminum and pulp by establishing the model which predicted time to separate aluminum and pulp from the paper-based waste with aluminum.
