Abstract
Not only organized measures but also artificial measures are necessary in medical accidental preventive measures. This study sort age and several a year duties as a standard with a personality trait and the duties stress of the nurse and the relevance of medical errors, and how is a repeater nurse repeating medical errors; it was aimed at making it clear whether there were many it in the condition bottom. We carried out the questionnaire survey for 1,538 nurses who worked in five general hospitals, and we got POMS to show Egogram and a feeling state at the time of duties to show a personal characteristic in, the answer of the error frequency. We classified the error frequency in “the repeater group”, “the safe practice group” from the mean and standard deviation according to the age and the division of the duty the number of years and compared both group and carried out a multivariate analysis of the whole object and analyzed the influence that an individual characteristic and duties stress gave medical error outbreak.
As a consequence of analysis, the repeater group became the increase tendency under 30-year-old and work 10 years could compare with, and stress value such as AC (obedient sense of cooperation) of Egogram, T-A (strain) of POMS, D (dejection), and F (fatigue). In addition, the repeater group became the increase tendency over work 10 years and FC (freedom / emotionality) of Egogram. It is necessary to take the age and the measures that considered several year duties to decrease a repeater.
