Abstract
Endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR) is a widely used procedure that is less invasive than surgery, but patients must be regularly followed up with contrast CT or ultrasonography. In patients with decreased renal function, evaluation by ultrasonography is more useful than contrast CT. Imaging is used to monitor abdominal aortic aneurysm diameter and complications. Evaluation of endoleaks, the most common complication, is important. After the procedure, increased abdominal aortic aneurysm diameter and endoleak type I and type III require additional treatment. We herein describe ultrasonography evaluation after EVAR.
