Abstract
JDream was developed as a simple and easily comprehensible search site. Therefore, people who are unfamiliar with biblio-graphic searches can reach convincing results by using JDream. However, if you know some tips on searching on JDream, you will get better results. Among such tips the author selected and mentioned the following five points at a workshop in Kyoto on 16th Nov., 2004; 1) full-text searching, 2) how to download search results, 3) searching with the 2^<nd> JIS kanji characters, 4) how to reach specific results with thesaurus words, and 5) the link to Medical and Pharmaceutical Proceedings Full Text Database.
