Nomenclatorial changes for the birds found in the former Japanese Empire

Abstract

Since the publication of the Hand-List Jap. Bds., 1942, many changes in scientific names are apparently necessary. The author compiled such items from American publications received after the war. Altogether 23 changes are recorded but some names are suggestive and not final.
