Abstract
The case is a 37-year-old male patient with a tumor formation of the upper lip in his early stage. In spite of many clinical examinations in that stage, an exact diagnosis was not made. Based on electron microscopic study of the upper lip and appearance of many myeloblasts in his peripheral blood and bone marrow, the case was diagnosed as acute myeloblastic luekemia. Threfore, we began suitable treatment for but nevertheless, he died of D. I. C.
