Abstract

A 53-year-old woman was seen because of a large defect of the hard palate after tumor surgery. The defect was completely closed with the median large tongue flap.
Free buccal mucosa was grafted to the area of the tongue defect and deformity of the donor was minimal and no functional problems have been found.
