Abstract
A rare case of primary clear cell adenoma of the minor salivary gland is described. The patient, a 33 year-old female, showed a papiloma-like lesion in the oral floor and was treated by surgical resection.
Histo-pathologically, the tumor tissue was composed of clear cells arranged in solid nets. Glycogen was not observed in the cytoplasm.
The patient is free from local recurrence and distant metastasis 3 years and 6 months after the operation.
