Abstract

Ferromagnetic microcapsules (FM-mc.) were prepared with ethylcellulose according to the principles of coacervation with certain modification. The zinc ferrite (ZnO·Fe₂O₃) particles were attached to surface of microcapsules. Sustained-release of FM-mc. was demonstrated by release test and it can be induced by an external magnetic field in vitro and in vivo experiments.
