Abstract

This paper summarizes the outline of the planning session held to share knowledge on the role of stakeholder participation and communication in the consideration of sustainable environmental restoration, by providing topics such as consensus building with stakeholders on the recycling of removed soil, etc., in environmental restoration related to the accident of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station of Tokyo Electric Power Co., Inc., human resource development activities utilizing online lectures and workshops, and examples of dialogue with local communities in the former evacuation zone.
