Abstract

We present an unusual case of neuro-sarcoidosis associated with various manifestations. The patient was a 49-year-old female who noted birateral blurred vision due to ocular sarcoidosis initially. Later, she developed diabetes inspidus, dysosmia, taste disorder and facial nerve palsy. Systemic administration of corticosteroid medication resulted in resolution of these symptoms. These results suggest that it should be taken into consideration dysosmia is one of the clinical symptom in sarcoidosis.
