Tetanus and gas gangrene are specific diseases of wound infection. In most cases gas gangrene come out of war injury, and is rarely found in peace time. We happened to treat a case of gas gangrene which developed from an agricultural traum. This is to report the symptoms and progress of that disease as studied thereon.
